Welcome to Liberty Park community of Northfield!

College City Homes is proud to present Liberty Park of Northfield. Liberty Park community is one of only two current neighborhoods in the state that is a coved development. Streets are curved to allow for more front yard space with emphasis on landscape architecture, and many of the 77 home sites are near ½ acre in size.

Liberty Park was designed with the pond, parks, and surrounding asphalt walking trails as the focal point of the neighborhood. There are nearly 2 miles of trails that wind through Liberty Park. They surround two local parks, a 4-acre park to the south and a 7-acre park to the north, and a large pond hosting geese and ducks in the summer months, and ice skating in the winter months. Trees line the southern and eastern perimeter of home sites and farm fields mark the northern border.

Cedar Avenue/Cty 23 is accessible one block to the west. On a good day, it takes 12 minutes to get to Cty 2/35W and 17 minutes to get to Burnsville, 27 minutes to 494, and 37-45 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Division Street/downtown Northfield is 5 minutes away! Northfield Middle School and
Northfield High School are a 10-minute drive.

Greenvale Elementary School is 4 blocks south and St Dominick Private School
6 blocks south. HW 3 is .5 miles to the east, where there is also a Montessori school. Similar distance to the southwest is St Olaf College and all its amenities including: 5 miles of hiking or cross country trails, theatre performances, church, sledding hill, track and indoor Olympic size pool. Northfield City Park department is currently in the process of connecting all 36 parks in town with sidewalks and/or trails. There are also future plans for the Mill Town Trail to be constructed just south of town in Dundas. This trail serves to connect the Sciota Trail in Faribault and the Cannon Valley Trail in Cannon Falls.

Covenants are in place to help guide the exterior detail of each home which
is inclusive of: attractive architecture design, collaboration of materials and colors, suggested use of corner boards and window trim, band boards and frieze boards, and inconspicuous garages. Customers have the freedom to customize the exterior of their home, provide pictures or renderings of home
plan details, choose placement of materials, and select colors. This is what makes Liberty Park a unique area. Homes are beautified by their inviting exterior facades and surrounding landscape.

Most recently, College City Homes has offered a two-year workmanship warranty. This offers customers more peace of mind. This means, that in addition to a pre-close walkthrough on a home, there is a 30 day
after closing walkthrough, 11 month walkthrough, and added 22 month walkthrough. College City Homes will maintain a customer's home for two years in addition to the standard electrical, plumbing and mechanical 2-year warranty and structural 10-year warranty.
